BOILER REPLACEMENTI don't want to involve you in the cost of a boiler replacement unless it is entirely necessary. Before I advise a boiler change I will talk you through all the options available and what is involved should we need to replace the boiler. There is a choice of a combination boiler which heats your hot water directly or a conventional boiler that stores hot water in your existing cylinder. We can also install a sealed pressurised system that is more efficient and does away with the little tank in the loft (F&E tank). There is more to installing a new boiler than you first imagine so I will talk you through the regulations and advise where necessary. REMEMBER - only 'Gas Safe' qualified engineers can work on gas appliances! CORGI was replaced by Gas Safe at the start of April 2009.
CORGI has now been replaced by GAS SAFE REGISTER and it is very important that you make sure that any plumbers in Eastbourne that you use for gas work are registered with GAS SAFE REGISTER not CORGI. |
